Transformation.
It's taking pain and suffering and shifting it into a higher state of grace and ease.
Even though...It feels tough. It hurts. It's hard.
Yet YOU are tough as nails.
And your hurt teaches you the direction you're meant to move toward by leaving behind what no longer serves you.
In later emails, I'll share more about my recent healing and transformational journey that I experienced last month.
It was like a D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) experience...totally out of this world.
And it was SO Good!
Yes, I shed massive tears, felt pains, faced fears and darkness, and clung to the energies of aloneness and being shunned. As my core wound of rejection was attacked, it kicked itself into full gear of protection mode.
And by facing all of it, and moving into it all, I came out lighter, more spacious, and more heart-centered. 💜
Transformation.
