You may recall that at the end of January/beginning of February, I had the most AMAZING week away in the Netherlands at a retreat with my healing mentor.
During this week, I healed many aspects of myself - karmically with my family, physically in my womb and bones, emotionally in my heart and lungs, mentally as I plunged deeper into Hara, and spiritually as I let go of what no longer served me truly BEing aligned and authentic.
If you asked me, would I take this journey again? My instinctive and emphatic answer is YES!
