And what is cognition?

Cognition is the tone within your TOP/LEFT quadrant. Your cognition can be: focused through the Spleen as Smell or Taste; periodic through the Ajna as Outer Vision or Inner Vision; or cyclical through the Solar Plexus as Feeling or Touch.

Your cognition is the deeper layer that assists you in digesting or taking in life and information that supports your authority in making decisions.
