Change is exciting! Would you agree?
Maybe you crave change in the form of new thrills and experiences as I do. Perhaps you'd rather life be set on autopilot to coast along in an easy, flowing way. Because yes, change can often feel enduring, complicated, and hard.
Well, here's something you can plan for: the imminence of change. Change is the only constant in the universe.
Just as a baby evolves, from the moment the sperm and egg met to its creation birthed from the womb, you are constantly evolving. You were born to change.
YOU are that evolutionary, magnificent being designed to change and create change in the world.
You are changing. You are growing. You are learning. You are evolving. Always. Every moment of your life.
Fear has no power when you realize the truth of this evolutionary process. You are designed to change.
My clients know that I constantly discuss change. I teach them about the changes they go through as they embrace and become their design. They learn to be curious about the changes our world faces.
I share my experiences because they solidify my own understanding of the changes I go through, while helping others to see the new perspectives and possibilities that change creates.
Change is part of your design. It's important for you to evolve into being who you are designed to be.
In 2020, we've got BIG changes brewing in your inner and outer worlds. How will you manage the change? How will you embrace change while incorporating more joy?
Will these changes even affect you?
Only if you resist them...and only if you let the outer world dictate your inner world.
The more steadfast you are in knowing your truth and what is correct for you, the more ready you are to calmly sail the rough waters ahead. Trust, and your boat will be guided. Fear, and your boat will surely face turbulence.
